8th/Silver
This historical building at the northeast corner of 8th and Silver in downtown Albuquerque is entirely leased to Rural Sourcing, Inc.
Altura
Located at 2000 Carlisle Blvd. NE in Albuquerque, NM, The Altura Shops is a 7,000 SF+ neighborhood shopping center with seven tenant spaces serving Albuquerque’s near northeast heights.
98th/Central
Located at the northwest corner of 98th and Central in Albuquerque, NM, Volcano Point is a building of approximately 14,000 SF with twelve tenant spaces serving Albuquerque’s growing southwest community.
3rd/Gold
This small shopping center is located at the southeast corner of 3rd and Gold in Albuquerque’s downtown, features six tenant spaces and totals approximately 3,700 square feet of building area.
Antique Mall
This property at 4516 Central SE in Albuquerque, NM, is net leased to the operators of Antique Specialty Mall, which has been in business since 1986, and totals more than 17,000 SF of building area.
6th/Central
This building is located at the northeast corner of Central Ave. and 6th Street in Downtown Albuquerque. It is occupied by Sushi Hana restaurant and five other local businesses.
Crossroads
Crossroads is a mixed use building of approximately 50,000 square feet located at the northeast corner of 4th and Central in Albuquerque’s downtown, featuring apartment, office, restaurant and retail space.
Quickel
This building is located at the northeast corner of Central Ave. and 6th Street in Downtown Albuquerque. It is occupied by Sushi Hana restaurant and five other local businesses.
509 Central
This is a restaurant building with two patios that, until recently, was occupied for eight years straight by a local restaurant. We’re currently working with several potential tenants to get the space filled with a new restaurant.
3rd/Copper
Located at the southeast corner of 3rd and Copper in downtown Albuquerque, this space is available for a new retail or restaurant tenant of 860 square feet.
6th/Lomas
This land in the heart of downtown Albuquerque is adjacent to the busy courthouse and banking district. Architectural plans are underway to construct a retail and restaurant building here.
7th/Central
This 100 space parking lot is in the center of downtown Albuquerque and, in addition to providing parking for other downtown properties owned by Douglas Peterson Investments, it generates income from daily parkers and special events.
