Investor Agreement

The Investor Agreement is a document to be signed by you, as the Investor, and the Company as the Borrower. It will legally bind each party. You’ll note that many parts of the sample are left blank. Those blank parts will be filled in with either information particular to you, such as name and address, or the particulars of the Certificate of Investment that you have chosen, such as investment amount, interest rate and choice of payback method.
